Abstract
Neurofibromatosis (von Recklingha-sen¢¥s disease) is well recognized but has rarely been documented in association with congenital unilateral exophthalmos, with or without pulsation. One of the first descriptions of this condition was given by Rockliffe in 1900, and a follow-up report was given by Rockliffe and Parsons in 1904. The first adequate roentgenologic descrip tion was usually attributed to LeWald2 in 1933.
We report a case of neurofibromatosis associated with congenital unilateral pulsating exophthalmos and review the literatures.
